DELIVERY

Delivery takes place within 5 - 20  working days depending on the shipping destination. This convenience is applicable to online orders only. 

To receive your order, you may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, and/or other duties specific to the destination Country. These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in any way by our Online Store. Please remember that these are not the shipping fees: There are no additional shipping costs. 

 

CARRIERS

We work with several carriers, mainly with DHL. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the estimated local market pricing and delivery times.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
